Okay, so many people will say that I am too old to be watching cartoons. After all I'm 13. But after seeing a show like this, I really don't care.

I first started watching Dragon Ball Z on Cartoon Network in 1998. At first I didn't really like it that much because I didn't understand what was going on. I mean you have to put yourself in my position. I rarely get to see Japanese animation so how was I soposed to know why this kid had a tail and why all these people were running around with bad haircuts and what was up with the green dude? After a while (about 3 episodes) I really started to like it. The "coolest" cartoon around that time had been Rugrats so you can see why I liked it so much so quickly. Soon I introduced my 20 yr old brother to it and he really got a kick out of it. So after we had seen everything Cartoon Network had to offer we were really big fans. Then after searching the net and finding this web site a couple of months ago, we found out that DBZ had cut, gutted, and thrown out as fish bait before being shown to its veiwers, and the Japanese version was 10 times better, you bet we were outraged. So it stands that we have never seen the origional version of the show that kicks ass. I only wish that FUNimation realizes that so many DBZ fans will never see the best animated show of all time. Since I know not were to find the Japanese version, I will probably never see it. But after all of that, I will still remain a Dragon Ball Z fan. Thank you for your time.
